University Police

The Purdue Fort Wayne police work to protect and serve the campus community by providing a safe environment through enforcement, service, and education. Our police are driven by goals that enhance the quality of life for the Herd and our guests, seek solutions to problems that detract from that quality, and foster a sense of comfort and security in our community.

Pathways

Emergency and Nonemergency

For situations (criminal, medical, any disturbance) where the presence of police is needed immediately, use the emergency pathway. For less urgent situations, such as criminal, civil, and parking complaints; safety concerns; medical issues; escorts; and assistance with locked rooms, locked vehicles, and jump-starting vehicles, follow the nonemergency pathway.
