Prelaw Program

Begin your law education at Purdue Fort Wayne.

Many lawyers find themselves majoring in political science before seeking admission to law school. It makes sense. What you learn from studying political science translates very well to law studies. If you’re interested in pursuing a career in law, you’ll want to get in touch with Georgia Wralstad Ulmschneider, associate professor and campus prelaw advisor.

Our political science graduates have gone on to many prestigious law schools, including the University of Wisconsin, the University of Minnesota, the College of William & Mary, the University of Michigan, Duquesne University, George Washington University, Indiana University, and Case Western Reserve University. Where do you see yourself going?
