Sky Bridge

        Policies of Use

  • Skybridge can be used by all university personnel for general gathering space.
  • Should university personnel wish to use the Skybridge for a specific event or purpose a reservation is required.
  • Skybridge is available for reservation by internal groups only.
  • Skybridge can be reserved between 7am-7pm daily with no charge.
  • Skybridge can be reserved from 7pm-11pm daily at a charge of $25/hr.
  • Skybridge is reservable on Special Events website found here: pfw.edu/scheduling-form  
  • Special Events will provide in stock and available tables/chairs/easels for use in Skybridge.
  • Special Events will set up tables/chairs/easels according to client’s needs
  • Existing furniture and dry erase walls on Skybridge are not to be moved
  • Internal group/person reserving the Skybridge agrees to leave Skybridge and furniture in as found condition.
  • If client causes existing furniture and/or dry erase walls to be moved, client shall return Skybridge furnishing to original set up or room restoration charge of $100 will be assessed to client.
  • A/V is available on a check out basis from the A/V department. pfw.edu/av-form
  • The skybridge may not be closed to the public during any scheduled event.
  • Client to provide any and all markers/erasers for white boards
  • Catering can be served in this space in compliance with university catering policies

       Cancellation Policies

  • Departmental, Faculty, and Staff Events
    • Fee Structure
    • Cancellation Fee:$ 0: canceling anytime up to 3 days business days before your event
    • Late Cancellation Fee:$ 50.00: canceling 3 business days up to 4 hours prior your event.
    • No Show Fee: $ 75.00canceling with less than 4 hours to your event or not showing up for your event.

 

  • Student Groups
    • Fee Structure
    • Cancellation Fee with more than 3 business days notice: $0 canceling anytime up to 3 days business days before your event

 

  • Late Cancellation or No Show: canceling 3 business days up to 4 hours prior your event.
  • 1st Offense: Warning letter to Student Organization
  • 2nd Offense: Loss of scheduling privileges in Walb Union and/or Neff Hall, room 101 for remainder of semester and all remaining events/meetings scheduled for that student group cancelled in Walb Union, and/or Neff Hall, room 101 as appropriate, and sent to registrar to schedule into a general use classroom. Student group needs to complete new forms at the Student Life office to schedule into a general use classroom.
