Summit Scholars program
Competition day for prospective scholars.
Your scholarship application is just the first step. After the January 15, deadline, our team will conduct a holistic review of all the applications. If you are selected, you will receive an invitation to the competition day. The Summit Scholars Competition will entail a virtual interview and opportunities to check out videos from university leadership, faculty, and students, including the current four classes of Chapman Scholars.
The next Summit Scholars Competition will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

The answers you need.
You will take part in an interview, engage in one-on-one meetings with delegates from your declared major, and attend an information fair.
Business-casual or business-formal attire is recommended.
Once the competition results are finalized, the six Chapman Scholars and one Doermer Distinguished Scholar will be selected and offered scholarships. If you are offered a scholarship, you’ll need to reply to the Summit Scholars Program by the deadline listed with your offer.
