Working hand in hand with our students and faculty, the following dedicated departments/offices have provided their services to assist with the many aspects involved in setting up and running our scholarship program.

• Office of Academic Affairs - setup a dedicated classroom space to maximize student engagement and learning.
• Office of Assessment - is assisting in assessment preparation and web page design.
• Office of the Bursar - is coordinating the disbursement of the scholarship fund.
• Centers for Academic Success and Achievement (CASA) - is providing academic support services.
• College of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science Dean's Office - is providing expertise in planning and executing NSF Scholarship related meeting and events.
• Office of Financial Aid - is taking care of scholarship fund arrangements.
• Helmke Library - provides high-quality information resources, expert information services, and innovative instruction.
• Information Technology Services (ITS) - has allocated website space to the project and provides technical training and support.
• Office of Institutional Research and Analysis - is providing institutional data. 
• Physical Plant - has made it possible for the project to have lab and office space for working with our groups of scholars on campus.
• Office of Sponsored Programs - has provided assistance in proposal preparation, submission, and grant management.
• Walb Union Operations - is offering assistance with coordinating event planning.
